Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Kanfort.  If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to issue a return. 

RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from uskanfort.com must be returned in new, unopened, and unused condition in order to receive a refund. Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery with a copy of the original invoice. The original purchase price, less shipping, will be credited to the original form of payment. 
Please contact Customer Service in advance of your intentions to return a product or if you have any concerns so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction. Returns are usually processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are unable to accept exchanges at the time. A new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund.
